ROCK HARDER: Inner Voice Out Loud transformed Toronto’s Harbourfront Centre into a hub of breaking culture and fierce competition. This open 2v2 breaking jam, supported by Harbour Dance Centre and the Toronto Arts Council, attracted b-boys and b-girls from around the world to showcase their skills and battle for over $5000 in cash, prizes, and flights to the finals.
